Offensive Security
Cloud Penetration Testing
Configuration and identity review of AWS, Azure and GCP environments, combined with hands-on attack-path testing.
Overview
Cloud incidents are rarely caused by a vulnerability in the provider. They come from identity and configuration: over-permissive roles, credentials reachable from a compromised workload, storage exposed without intent, and trust relationships that let a foothold in one account reach another.
We combine a configuration and IAM review with practical testing from the position of a compromised identity or workload, tracing the paths that lead to privilege escalation or data access. Testing is performed within your tenancy, under written authorisation, and in accordance with the relevant provider's testing policy.
Methodology
How the engagement runs from start to finish.
- Scoping, provider policy check and written authorisation
- Read-only configuration and IAM enumeration
- Identification of privilege escalation and lateral paths
- Controlled validation of the highest-impact paths
- Review of logging, monitoring and detection coverage
- Benchmarking against provider security guidance
- Risk validation, reporting and retest
